Once upon a time, sales contracts at Accusoft were stored in a special red folder that had to be physically delivered to our CEO to be signed. When that time came, everyone involved in the process had to coordinate schedules and set aside valuable time to make sure the folder reached its destination. It was a huge hassle, especially when somebody needed to go on vacation! *Cue the nightmare scenario of running through an airport with a red folder to chase down your boss before he leaves*

After converting our contract process into a purely digital automated workflow, we realized that every organization has its own red folder that’s been holding them back. That’s why we developed OnTask to help them ditch their red folders and replace them with smooth digital experiences that help their business operate more efficiently.

Meet Our Team

  • Megan serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Accusoft, where she oversees sales and marketing functions for the company’s diverse range of products, including OnTask. She is responsible for revenue generation strategies, company and product branding, and all operations that directly impact the sales and marketing teams. Prior to joining Accusoft, she directed marketing operations, product marketing, competitive intelligence, CRM optimization, sales and marketing automation, and business intelligence for B2B companies in the US and the UK. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she brings a passion for products, data, systems, people, and ROI to the OnTask team. After seeing how OnTask solved Accusoft’s longstanding “red folder” dilemma by automating key aspects of the sales process, she has also become a strong advocate for workflow automation.

  • As President of Accusoft’s OnTask division, Steve draws upon more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry to coordinate engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to establish OnTask in the B2B end user market. Under his direction, OnTask has become the driving force behind Accusoft’s SaaS business, which leverages the company’s long-standing patented document and imaging technology in new and exciting ways. Steve saw firsthand how replacing the “red folder” used in Accusoft’s sales process with OnTask’s automated workflows improved efficiency and productivity throughout the company. He uses that example as inspiration to match customers to the OnTask solution that works best for their needs.
