Quick Signature Collection Added to All Accounts

This new feature enables quick signature collection on documents. Unlike DocuSign and HelloSign, this feature is available for immediate use on all plans and accounts with unlimited users. Simply upload your documents into OnTask, add signature fields,  and send them out for signing.

Ability to Export High Numbers of Workflows Instances at Once

This update allows customers with large numbers of workflow responses to export all data at once into a spreadsheet. For example, if a workflow has been initiated to have customers fill out a waiver and hundreds of responses have been recorded, this information can now be accessed within an user-friendly Excel spreadsheet. The improved performance of these spreadsheets makes it easy for customers to analyze and report back on important data that has been collected.

HEIC & HEIF Images Now Supported

Photos taken with an iPhone are often in HEIC or HEIF format by default when sent or airdropped to a computer. This new update allows these HEIC and HEIF images to be uploaded in the file uploader section of workflows, just like any other standard file type would. For example, if a new employee is filling out new hire paperwork and needs to upload a photo of their ID, they can now take a picture of it from their phone and easily upload without an error due to unknown file type.

Added Support for Pre-Built OnTask Templates

Partners and resellers can benefit from this added feature. Now, pre-built workflows and form templates can be delivered directly to customers using a link. Once the link is clicked, it will prompt them to either sign into their account or to sign up for a free 14-day trial. After logging into their account, they will automatically be taken to the workflow or form template that has been created for them to guide their experience.
