Set Up Custom Branding

This feature will enhance your organization’s professional image and and the experience of customers as complete forms and documents.  Custom branding allows you to apply your logo and colors to your emails and processes.

Customize Site Header

  1. Go to Manage > Scroll down to Organization Branding.
  2. Click “Upload site logo” and upload from your computer. (Recommended Size: 250px by 28px)
  3. Click drop down under “Header Accent Color” and apply your brand color.
  4. Once the image and color selections have been processed, they will show in your preview window.
  5. Select “Update Branding” and your custom branding will in your header during workflows while participant complete tasks you assign to them.

Customize branding for outgoing OnTask email

  1. Go to Manage > Scroll down to Organization Branding
  2. Click “Upload your email logo here” and upload from your computer. (Recommended Size: 300px by 200px)
  3. Select drop down under “Email Header Color” and apply your brand color. This will change the color behind your logo in the email header.
  4. Select drop down under “Email Link Color” and apply your brand color. This will change the color of buttons in your emails.
  5. Once the image and color selections have been processed, they will show in your preview window.
  6. Select “Update Branding” and your custom branding will appear in your outgoing messages from OnTask and in the recipient’s view of documents you send.
