Step 1: Upload Your Form

First, upload the form you’d like to convert into a digital fillable form. You can start with an existing PDF, Word document, or even a scanned image. Simply choose the file from a location on your computer or drag and drop into the upload zone.

Step 2: Set Your Roles

After you’ve uploaded you form, you’ll set the roles for how many people need to complete this form. You can even rename the roles to be more specific to your process (in this example we’ve used “Member” and “Countersigner”.

Step 3: Place Your Fields

Here is where OnTask really helps you with some of the heavy-lifting in form creation. With most forms, fields can be auto-detected and placed automatically using the “Extract Forms” button. You can also manually add additional fields such as:
