Reset Your Password

If you cannot remember your password or are having difficulties logging in, you can reset your password to regain access to your account.

1. Go to https://docubee.app/account/resetpassword.
   • You may also click the Forgot Password? link on the log in page.
2. Enter the email address you used when you registered.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Check the email address you provided for your Docubee Password Reset email.
5. Open the email and click Reset Password.
6. Enter a new password in the New Password field.
7. Re-enter the password in the Confirm New Password field.
8. Click Reset Password.

Your password has been updated and you have been logged in.

Social Media Accounts

If you signed up for Docubee with Facebook or Google, you would have not set up a Docubee password. Following these steps will create a password for your Docubee account with the email address associated with your Facebook or Google account. Resetting your password in Docubee does not update your Facebook or Google account passwords.
