Walking Through the Dashboard
With OnTask’s dashboard, you can manage all of your workflows all in one place. Keep them organized and always know where each is in the process. The OnTask Dashboard
- Assign individual groups, such as departments or teams, to share related workflows, assign specific admins for managing a group of workflows, and track and monitor related workflows from a shared dashboard.
- Keep track of where each workflow is in the pipeline and who still needs to take action. No more chasing down folders from one desk to another or sending follow-up emails.
- When you need to start a new workflow, simply select the Start Workflow button at the top right.
Once you set your new workflow in motion, you’ll be able to track the status of its progress just like the others.
