Workflow Settings

Within the workflow builder, you can make changes and access workflow settings by selecting the wheel/gear icon for workflow model settings on the workflow being edited. The wheel/gear icon is located in the top right corner of the builder view and will allow you to set:

  • Template description – Used to describe how this workflow works or what it does. Can be viewed by hovering over the name prior to running the workflow
  • Workflow Title – Used by adding property names from your starting web form to enable search terms on the dashboard to locate instances
  • Expiration Timer – Used to set a date when the workflow will be cancelled automatically. Best used for abandoned workflows to keep the in progress tab clean and simple
