Automation has it’s perks! We developed our subscription plans to be as flexible as possible to ensure we can meet your usage needs. We have annual subscriptions, monthly subscriptions and anytime bucket subscriptions. If you’re not sure what your usage will be, buy a bucket and experiment. Know your usage and want to scale, buy a monthly subscription and upgrade after you have rolled out OnTask to your other departments.

Is there a trial period?
OnTask offers 50 free transactions allowing you to test out our workflow automation software with your unique business processes. Once you complete your trial of 50 transactions, we offer annual, monthly and anytime bucket subscriptions.
What is a transaction?
Transactions are defined as a workflow initiated.
Which payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you prefer a different payment method please contact us. We can discuss OnTask or where you can find the best Cuban sandwich in Tampa.
What is the difference between an anytime bucket and monthly subscription?
An anytime bucket is a “bucket” of prepaid transactions that do not expire. You can purchase an amount of transactions and use them whenever you like. This gives you maximum flexibility with your process automation! Once your anytime bucket of transactions are consumed, your account will automatically renew at prepaid level you set so that your account will never run out of transactions.
Our subscription plan charges you either monthly or annually for a fixed amount of transactions for the month. Transactions not used will expire at the end of the month.
The choice between these two possible payment models depends on your personal usage: Prepaid packages are more flexible whereas subscriptions are less expensive.
Can I combine prepaid packages and subscriptions?
Yes. Your quota from the monthly subscriptions will be used up first and then your prepaid will be used. The default prepaid purchase will be for 25 transactions.
When can I change/cancel my prepaid or subscription?
You can cancel your prepaid or subscription plan at anytime. There is no minimum term. You can also upgrade you prepaid or subscription plan at anytime. If you downgrade your plan, the new plan will not take effect until after your current prepaid transactions are used or at the start of your next monthly subscription service.
Can I see how many transactions I have used?
Of course. You are able to view your transaction balance, current plan information, and make changes to your plan in the Billing section of My Account.
