Our team has been heads down working on something BIG coming in April. This new update is currently in beta testing, and we’re looking forward to sharing it with you next month. While you wait, take a look at some of the top updates we have made to Docubee that you can begin using today.
New Web Form Image Feature
Docubee now allows you to upload your own images inside web forms. Now, you have the ability to add logos, company pictures, instructional images, or any other kind of image you’d like to your forms. And, we’ve made it so that you can choose the size you’d like for easy editing.
Invalid Signature Detection
As part of our initiative to enhance customer experience, we’ve added a new eSignature feature that automatically detects invalid signatures. This prevents customers from submitting invalid signatures and gives them a chance to revise their entries before submission. Our goal with this was to prevent the need to resend documents and keep processes on track.
Customer Issues Resolved:
- Fix deployed for issue in which non-ASCII characters in document file names prevented download
